Rebuilding Vietnam One School at a Time

Welcome

The purpose of the Vietnam Children's Fund is to remember the families and children lost in Vietnam's many long wars. The goal of the Fund is to close the past and look to the future by building schools.

before/after school "The project is an inspiring example of how people of goodwill can turn violence and tragedy into a cause for hope."-David Broder, The Washington Post

For pennies a day, many students over many years have the opportunity to learn and grow in a clean, safe environment. It is extraordinary that the fate of an entire generation within a community —indeed within the entire nation— can be changed at such a modest cost.

Ways to Support Vietnam Children’s Fund in your Workplace Campaign

United Way Donor Option

Many companies offer their employees a traditional United Way campaign. In most communities you can probably "write-in" Vietnam Children's Fund, on your pledge card. Please include our IRS identification number (521840699) and address (14162 Marquis Road, Unionville, VA 22567).

Some companies will match gifts made to charities by their employees. This is a great way to double your gift to Vietnam Children's Fund. Please check with your company's human resources department to find if your company offers matching gifts.

Government Employee Fund Drives

CFCFederal, Military, and Postal Service employees will find Vietnam Children's Fund in the U.S. Government's prestigious Combined Federal Campaign. You can designate your payroll deduction gift to the VCF by writing our national code number 10021 on your Combined Federal Campaign Pledge Form.
