An engineer, Mr. Russell manages all VCF construction and is responsible for quality assurance. He is Director and Founder of Economic Technology Systems, Inc. in Singapore.

Marcia Landau

Executive Director

Ms. Landau served as Communications Director for the Vietnam Veterans Leadership Program and was a partner with Burkland Associates, a public relations firm.
